Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Perishables, intimate apparel, and digital downloads are non-returnable.

2. Pack items securely with all accessories.
3. Ship using the label we provide (where applicable).
4. Refunds post within 5–7 business days after inspection.
